Thursday May 21st from 6:00 pm to 7:30 pm

NOTE: If you are late in paying your HOA dues the fob will be deactivated. To re-activate your fob you will need to call Omni and setup a payment plan.

HOA Committees

Dear Watson Farms Homeowners,

The Watson Farms Homeowners Association is seeking homeowners interested in becoming involved by serving on one or more HOA committees. Committees play an important role in helping maintain our community and supporting communication, safety, and neighborhood engagement.

At this time, we are seeking volunteers for the following committees:

• Pool Committee – Assists with pool operations feedback, seasonal reminders, and reporting maintenance concerns
• Communication Committee – Helps support HOA communications, including website, Facebook, and email updates
• Landscaping & Common Area Committee – Assists with identifying needs and priorities in common areas
• Safety & Neighborhood Awareness Committee – Supports neighborhood safety awareness and information sharing
• Community Events / Welcome Committee – Helps welcome new neighbors and support community‑building activities

Committee service is a great way to stay informed, contribute to the community, and help keep Watson Farms a welcoming place to live.
